Guided Maine Moose Hunts

Getting drawn in the Maine Moose Lottery is a once-in-a-lifetime gift for many people!  If you're lucky enough to be selected, make sure you hire a professional Maine Guide to help you navigate this wild Maine woods, to be successful with the hunt and retrieval.  Many people say the hardest part of the moose hunt comes after you shoot the moose because getting an animal that large out of the woods is no easy feat.

Our guides have everything needed to be successful: a vast knowledge of the local moose habitat and old woods roads, VHF and CB radios to communicate with the logging truck operators in this working forest, and all the equipment, rope and tackle to get the moose out of the woods and onto the trailer.

We only book one moose hunting party per guide so we can dedicate all 6 days to you. This is a wild hunt and nothing is guaranteed, you may need all 6 days.  The finest food and lodging is also included.  You are welcome to arrive at Pine Grove Lodge on the Sunday before opening day between 3-5pm.  Meals start that evening for dinner, and continue through the following Saturday night dinner.

Rates: $4,500 for 2- the permittee and sub-permittee

            $850/pp for extra people that are joining your party
