Trolling and Casting

Trolling on Maine lakes, ponds and rivers is a classic way of catching trout, salmon, pike

and other game fish. We troll many different types of lures, flies, and bait through the

year depending on many different factors such as time of year, target species and water

depth. With several different sizes of boat at our disposal, we can accommodate many

different group sizes and different bodies of water, both large and small. Spring time is

great for fishing close to the surface for trout and salmon and later in the summer we

use weighted lines and down riggers to chase lake trout. Pike are also abundant

throughout the year. With so many options for good water near the lodge, we are sure

you will have a great time fishing with us.
